Return Policy

What is your return policy?

  • ALL sale items are FINAL & can not be returned. If returned they will be sent back to the customer and they will be charged a shipping fee. (Sale items are listed below)
  • We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY (excluding cost of shipping) within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.  Any items received past the 15-day calendar will be returned back to you and is subject to a shipping charge. If you choose local pickup the return policy begins on your scheduled pickup day. ALL RETURNS must meet the criteria below.
  • All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, TAG STILL ATTACHED, UNWASHED, UNWORN, and UNALTERED.
  • Any returns received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, or smoke will be refused and returned to you and is subject to a shipping charge.
  • The following items are all FINAL sale and cannot be returned: 
    • Any items purchase with discount of 20% or higher. 
    • Holiday items (Christmas, Valentines, July 4th, Halloween)
    • Accessories: (Hats, Jewelry, Scarves, Bralettes, Body Suits, Bathing Suits, Gift Cards) 
    • Jeggings and Leggings 
    • Holiday Items 
    • Monogrammed/Custom/Graphic Tees 
    • Any final sale items
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Shoes must show no sign of wear or damage.
  • Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you with a shipping charge. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.


  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a store credit.


Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout

Defects or Problems with Your Order?

  • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us info@shopblackpearl.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.

• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

• Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

What if my package is refused or not delivered?

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost while in transit you must file a claim with the post office or call your local post office for information on the package. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a store credit. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time. 

How should I send my return back? 

  • Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated. 
  • Please Include your packing slip in your return. 
  • Please allow 5-7 days for your refund/store credit to be processed.
  • Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
